Jamaica’s three-time Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce didn’t face the starters for the second semi-final of the women’s 100m.

Fraser-Pryce, who has been nursing a knee injury for the 2024 season, was rumoured to have aggravated the injury during warm-ups.

She was set to clash with reigning World Champion Sha'Carri Richardson and St Lucian speedster Julien Alfred in her semi-final.

This is Fraser-Pryce's final Olympic.
