Corporate Jamaica is suiting up for the ultimate test of strength and stamina this Saturday, July 12, at the FitFest Party and Expo: Corporate Combat Challenge.

The highly anticipated fitness showdown will be the highlight of FitFest's Summer Body Edition, taking place at the NWC Sports Club in Mona.

Competing teams will face off in a Spartan-style obstacle course, all vying for a record-breaking $250,000 cash grand prize.

Among the teams already confirmed are Black Fuse Fitness, Facey Commodity Company, Proven Wealth Ltd., PriceSmart Jamaica, National Irrigation Commission Ltd, Sagicor Jamaica, and BodyByKurt Bootcamp Challengers.

At the heart of the event, the Corporate Combat Challenge promises an electrifying contest of strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance.

Each team will consist of five members, with at least one female participant. Victors will walk away with $250,000 in cash, plus the Corporate Combat Challenge trophy and full bragging rights.

"We're taking corporate wellness to the next level with this challenge," said Kurt Dunn, CEO of BodyByKurt Fitness and chief organiser of the event.

"The $250,000 prize represents our commitment to motivating companies to prioritise employee health and team building. We want to see Jamaica's corporate sector embrace fitness with the same passion that they bring to their boardrooms. So I encourage companies with a fitness and wellness programme to show up for their team members. Register and let's see which team has what it takes to conquer our ultimate fitness test."

The competition is open to organisations in sectors such as banking, BPO, retail, tech, hospitality, and government.

Children won't be left out. The Kiddies Village returns with rides, games, and supervised activities, giving parents the freedom to join in the fun. There will also be wellness screenings, including blood pressure checks, glucose testing, and nutrition counselling provided by health-focused sponsors.
