EAGLE ONE, ridden by champion jockey Anthony Thomas, sprints away from rivals to win the Eileen Cliggott Memorial Trophy, a three-year-old and Upwards Open Allowance Graded Stakes event, over 6 1/2 furlongs, at Caymanas Park on Saturday, February 5, 2022.

SHE'S MY DESTINY, who has clocked She's A Maneater-like times in two victories since returning off a five-month lay-up on Boxing Day, continues to chew up the exercise track and has only the clock to beat with 112lb in Saturday's Security Department Trophy, an overnight allowance at five furlongs straight.

Sired by last year's break-out stallion, Bern Identity, SHE'S MY DESTINY is actually going for her fifth win in six starts, having won back-to-back six-furlong races last summer, clocking modest times, before finishing fourth behind ONE DON, HOIST THE MAST and ELITIST, slowly into stride at seven and a half furlongs.

SHE'S MY DESTINY was afterwards scratched lame out of a nine-and-25 yard in July before returning a changed-up animal on Boxing Day, clocking 1:17.2 at six and a half furlongs and 1:25.1 at seven on January 16.

A half-sister to KHOLBEAR (Casual Trick), SHE'S MY DESTINY's dam is the She's On Wheels offspring, Woman Is Boss, formerly trained by Gary Subratie. She's On Wheels needs no introduction, a lightning-fast importee trained by Dennis Sasso, who won an array of 'A' Class races in 11 victories and foaled the celebrated Saint Cecelia, champion sprinter with 24 wins under her girth for Spencer Chung.

The fearsome line of speed demons runs as deep as She's On Wheels' siblings out of Tropical Fling - Double Bow (Law of the Sea) and Circle De Throne (The Medic) - now resurfacing in SHE'S MY DESTINY, who warmed up for her overnight-allowance debut by breezing 58.3 from the gate last Sunday morning.

Only the brave at heart will go against her at what is expected to be prohibitive odds, pennies on the dollar, the exacta with GO DEH GIRL being the only profitable venture, outside of her being a safe banker on every exotic bet possible.

A value horse on the nine-race card appears to be Ian Parsard's BERNING RED in the second. Another Bern Identity offspring, BERNING RED reports at seven furlongs among three-year-old maidens after placing third on debut at four furlongs straight from an inner draw, going down to JAGUAR, barely losing second to return-winner NOMOREDEALS.

Philip Feanny's I'VE GOT MAGIC also looks good in the eighth and could actually fetch a good price with sparingly used Everton Miller, who won aboard the four-year-old importee at whopping odds of 29-1 on December 18, surprising HOIST THE MAST and red-hot favourite SUPER DUPER, who he faces again, this time on the round course.

I'VE GOT MAGIC reared at the gate last time out before recovering to chase home JORDON REIGN'S in 58.3, an event from which third-place SWEET N SMART returned as a winner. REGNANT is returning off the lay-up against fellow speedsters ACERO and SUPER DUPER, setting up what could be a collapsing pace for I'VE GOT MAGIC, should he not give away too many lengths at the start.
