Coach Ludlow Bernard wants nothing but a victory to take Group B honours when Harbour View tackle Ciboa at the Estadio Cibao, Santiago de los Caballeros, tonight at 8 in the Concacaf Caribbean Cup.

Harbour View, heading into the final match of the group, lead with seven points after four games and have already qualified for the semi-finals.

However, they are closely followed by S.V. Robinhood of Suriname on six points, and Bernard said topping the group is critical going into the next phase of the competition.

"Our attitude is that we are here to win the game and get three points. We have every intention to go out there and win the group.

"Clearly, we want to be in a good position and frame of mind ahead of the semi-finals, and being winners of the group will boost our confidence.

"The players are very upbeat about their chances, and even though we are playing on away turf and on astroturf, which is quite unfamiliar, we still believe we have a good chance of winning the game," Bernard said.

He pointed out that Harbour View would not underestimate their opponents, who have done well in the competition, especially at home.

"We cannot take them for granted. We hear they have a good home record and good home support. The good thing is we have qualified already, so that will relax the minds of our players as we approach this game, but we are here to win the game," he insisted.

Bernard plans to take the fight to Ciboa while testing other aspects of their attacking game, although away from home.

"Playing away from home, the attitude will be, to be a bit cautious, but I want to be a little more adventurous.

"We will probably attack a little bit more. Our fullbacks have been under restrictions all competition, and I may test the waters a little today. Three points is the aim, and confidence is very high going into the game," he said yesterday, ahead of their training in the Dominican Republic.
