In Nickalia Fuller, Tivoli Gardens have one of the most promising young local midfielders in their ranks.

However, the 19-year-old, who is in his second season with Tivoli, thinks he is yet to unlock his full capabilities, nevertheless, he is looking forward to making a big impact when Tivoli square off against Waterhouse in their Jamaica Premier League (JPL) quarter-final at Sabina Park today at 5 p.m.

"I don't feel like I have reached my full potential yet. There is still room to learn," Fuller told STAR Sports.

"I am feeling great. I am having a good season. This is my second year in the Premier League and my first time in the quarter-finals.

"I expect a goal and an assist to help my team enter the semi-finals. We want a good advantage going into the second leg, and I expect the team to be at its best," Fuller said.

The youngster, despite his fair return this season, is demanding more from himself and continues to work to improve his game.

"I am working on my offensive to be more effective and direct. I have two goals and four assists but based on my standard and potential it should be more," he conceded.

However, he believes they will have their work cut out against Waterhouse today.

"We will need to put in a serious shift to get this win. If we can get a two or three-goal advantage, we can go to the semi-finals.

"We lost our last game against MoBay (Montego Bay United) and it was a tough one, but I want the community to keep believing and trust the process because better days are coming," he said.
