Double 200 metres World Championships gold medallist, Shericka Jackson, is set to take sprinting to the digital screens as she will be featured in a new sports docu-series produced by Netflix.

The series, 'Sprint', to be aired before the Paris Olympic Games in July, will also feature United States of America's sensations, Noah Lyles and Sha'Carri Richardson. Lyles is the World Championships men's 100 and 200 metres winner, while Richardson is the women's 100 metres champion.

The project takes an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the physical and mental preparations of elite athletes who aim to be the fastest people on Earth.

"The upcoming Netflix sports series offers a captivating glimpse into the lives of Olympic athletes who are at the heart of the Olympic Games, delivering inspiring stories and perspectives," said Jerome Parmentier, International Olympic Committee Vice-President for Media Rights and Content Partnerships. "These series will build excitement ahead of the Olympic Games in Paris, which will be broadcast by our media rights-holders across the globe."

Created by production company Box to Box Films (makers of Formula 1: Dare to Survive, Break Point, and Olympic Channel), the series 'Sprint' will take the form of two seasons.
