TREVOR Simpson, five-time champion jockey and record-holder of most wins at Caymanas Park, served a timely reminder of his skills by booting home the longest shot on Saturday's Reggae 6, 12-1 outsider LAMBO GIRL, who made all in the sixth at four furlongs straight to send many bets crashing at the final hurdle.

Simpson, on winter break from the Canadian circuit, is to be closely watched until he departs next spring, being a renowned front-running rider with two years shy four decades of experience in the saddle.

LAMBO GIRL's upset resulted in a decent $332,761 Reggae 6 payout after mainly fancied horses dominated the first five events, sending a $14.4 million single-winner bonus to start Saturday's bet.

A tough Reggae 6 awaits, especially the opener for older maidens at five and a half furlongs. Take no chances, five selections being enough to corner the event. MEDAL AWARD, EMPRESSINTHEBREEZE, BEAUTIFUL MOON, MONEY MUST and SELECT PRINCE.

QUEEN VAUNA and UNRULY MO can be lined up as back-to-back bankers. A full sister to SONNY T AND CHIPPY and half to Jamaica Derby St leger and Gold Cup winner, CALCULUS, QUEEN VAUNA showed her siblings' preference for a distance of ground with a creditable performance at a mile when finishing third behind SEA PLANE and ROCK-OLA.

Bred-in-the-purple American, UNRULY MO, a son of 2016 Wood Memorial winner, UNCLE MO, has been setting the exercise track alight for his local debut, clocking 1:12.4 on his first attempt at six furlongs on November 9, followed by 1:43.0 for a mile a week later, rounded off by 1:00.4 for five furlongs round last Sunday morning.

After QUEEN VAUNA and UNCLE MO, anything goes in the next two races. Use multiple selections, especially in the fourth for $180,000 claimers at four furlongs straight.

The fifth should be similarly treated, horses five years old and upwards, who should not be trusted to produce consistent form.

Close out the Reggae 6 with the two obvious selections, DREAM TO REALITY and TORONADO STEEL at four furlongs straight.
