Celebration Brands, Spectrum in Western Sports Business House final

Celebration Brands and Spectrum Roofing advanced to the championship match in the Western Sports-sponsored New Kingston Business House football league on Thursday at the Barbican Astro Turf.

Celebration Brands secured their place in the final with a 2-0 victory over Jamaica Premix, demonstrating strong attacking play and disciplined defending.

In the other semifinal, Spectrum Roofing edged Edgechem Paints 2-1 in extra time, after both teams battled to a 1-1 draw at the end of regulation.

Before the championship match kicks off, Edgechem Paints and Jamaica Premix will face each other in the third-place playoff.

KNOCKOUT CHAMPIONS

Meanwhile, Loshusan Supermarket emerged as the 2025 knockout champions, triumphing 6-5 on penalties over ZS Associates in an intense final. Loshusan earned their spot after defeating Creative Building Finishes 3-2 on penalties in the first semifinal, while ZS Associates advanced similarly, 3-2 on penalties, over Spectrum Roofing in the other semifinal.

More than 50 companies lined up in this year's Western Sports New Kingston Business House league and knockout, which continues to enhance camaraderie, sportsmanship and high-quality play among corporate teams.
