My boyfriend is using Viagra

Dear Pastor,

I am 28 and I have a 30-year-old boyfriend. I did some laundry for him. I folded the clothes and opened his drawer to put them away, and I was shocked to see Viagra in his drawer. I did not know that he was using Viagra, he is so young. When he came home, I told him what I had seen. I asked him if he has a problem, sexually, and he said no.

He said he only has them there just in case something goes wrong with him. I do not believe him. I told one of my girlfriends what I had seen and she told me that some guys, who are much younger than he, use Viagra.

I called my doctor, who told me that my boyfriend is too young to use Viagra. As a counsellor, I would like you to tell me what you think about that.

Dear M.E.,

Your doctor is correct. Your boyfriend should not be using Viagra. He is not suffering from impotence or having some kind of health problem, such as diabetes. Viagra is definitely not for him.

In any case, the use of any sort of enhancement should be done under the watchful eye of a medical practitioner, so to speak. You should ask him to throw them away, and to do so in your presence.
