Mikeylous hits with Padlock

Dancehall artiste Mikeylous is currently enjoying a huge buzz with his single, Padlock.

The song that is being touted on YouTube as a Gully Bop/Shauna Chin diss, was released three weeks ago on the Star Track Reggae label. Since then it has enjoyed heavy rotation on several local radio stations including IRIE FM.

"My song is not dissing anyone; it's just a hilarious take on the Gully Bop padlock incident. This is dancehall music and yuh done know how di thing go. The padlock thing is a hot topic, so mi drop a tune about it, that's all said," the entertainer.

The video for Padlock is also doing well. "We dropped the video two weeks ago; the fans love it. It's getting a lot of support on YouTube."

Mikeylous is also enjoying much success with his single, Must Get Ahead. The video for the single, that was produced by Star Track Reggae, is currently number nine on the Vision Caribbean Newspaper Top 10 Countdown TV show in Canada.

"This song is another bombshell from Mikeylous that is tearing up the dancehall scene in Canada. I have to big up all my Canadian fans and all the DJs over there who are supporting my career," said Mikeylous.
