Sean Paul collabs with Pop group

Grammy Award-winning artiste Sean Paul has collaborated with international pop group Little Mix on their latest single, 'Hair'.

The girl group - comprised of Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall - made the revelation via social media recently.

Taking to their official Twitter account, the girls announced: "Hi guys. So you may have guessed it already, but we can officially announce our new single is going to be [drum roll please] Hair," they revealed in the video announcement. "We can't wait for you guys to see the video very, very soon. So keep your eyes and your ears peeled."

Not long after, the group posted the official artwork for the single to their social media pages, tagging Sean Paul as they announced him as the featured artiste on the track. "Just got off stage and couldn't wait any longer! Here's the artwork for our brand new single Hair. Oh ... and did we mention it features the amazing Sean Paul," the caption accompanying the photo read.

THE STAR sought to get a comment from Sean Paul about what it was like working with the pop group on their new single but were unable to reach him. The entertainer, however, confirmed his contribution to the group's single via his Twitter account. "RRR! Big up @littlemix. Thanks for having me on your single, Hair," he tweeted.

Hair is the fourth single to be taken from their worldwide multi-platinum selling album, Get Weird, which features the UK No. 1 hit Black Magic, as well as Love Me Like You and Secret Love Song, featuring Jason Derulo. The song is scheduled was released last Friday on Spotify and iTunes, with a video to follow soon. According to the United Kingdom's Music News, Director X, who shot the group's Black Magic video, has once again been recruited to work on the video for Hair.
