Solange looking for a new band

NEW ORLEANS (AP):

Solange Knowles is looking for New Orleans-area vocalists, guitarists and keyboardists to be a part of the singer-songwriter's new band.

According to the website Saint Heron, the New Orleans-based artist on Thursday put out a call for vocalists and instrumentalists between 18-and 35-years-old to be a part of her musical team.

Anyone interested in auditioning should send a three-minute video to skauditions@gmail.com. Details for in-person auditions will be disclosed to those who are selected from the initial submission process.

Solange has lived in New Orleans for the past three years.
