DJ Navis Bomb to start own label

Since he migrated to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2020, Navis Bomb has built up a reputation for himself.

The St Catherine-born DJ, whose given name is Gavin Webley, is rated as one of best in Atlanta because of his unique, high-energy style of playing music.

Over the years he has entertained music lovers at some of the biggest events in Jamaica and the US, including Reggae Sumfest, Rum Punch Brunch and Pon Di Plaza Atlanta. He is set to spread his wings even further in the music business as he gets ready to launch his Navis Bomb Records imprint.

"I have always wanted to get into music production, and I think now is the right time to do so. At the present moment, I am working on projects with Ras Fraser Jnr and Palmdan. We've recorded some very great tracks so far, but we have not decided on a release date for these projects as yet," said Navis Bomb. He described himself as not just a DJ, but an entertainer.

"That means when I am booked for an event, I don't just show up to play music, I entertain the people. I plan everything meticulously before every event, because I don't ever want to disappoint my audience. I bring the vibes everywhere I play, and the fans know that they can always depend on me for top-quality entertainment," he said.

Navis Bomb also added, "To be a top DJ anywhere in the world, you have to keep up with what's going on in the world of music and culture. You have to know all the latest trends and know the slangs."
