Lorna Da’Angel creating buzz as recording artiste

UK-based recording artiste Lorna Da'Angel believes that her experience as a record producer will help her to deal with the challenges of being a recording artiste.

"I've been in the music business for quite some time. At first, I worked as an events promoter before venturing into music production in 2020. So, I have a great deal of experience dealing with other areas of the business. I believe this experience, coupled with my natural business acumen, will help me to achieve great success as a recording artiste," she said. Lorna Da'Angel, given name Lorna Miles, made her recording debut in 2022 with the release of a single titled Hot Gyal Step Out.

"I must admit I was very nervous when I went into the recording booth for the first time. However, with the encouragement of my team, I was able to pull it off and record my first single. When it was released, I got a lot of positive feedback from family members, friends and my colleagues in the music business," she said.

She is currently promoting her latest single, Dolli Body, on the 'Hot Sauce' rhythm. The song, which was produced by the artiste for her Miles Ahead Entertainment imprint, was released late last year.

"I am very happy with the response that my new single is receiving. It's getting a lot of rotation in various parts of the world, including England, Jamaica, France, Holland, Germany, the US, Nigeria and Zimbabwe," she said.
