Vershon motivates with new single

For many artistes, having their own niche is what stands out most for them, and dancehall artsite Vershon has definitely stayed consistent with his plethora of uplifting tracks.

The artiste, who has been working behind the scenes and gaining music business knowledge, is in Jamaica on a campaign to release singles, starting with Buh Bye (Young And A Try). The track was released two weeks ago. Vershon shared, "There are many youth who are young and trying, and there is always a set of people who see it fit to try and interfere or negatively impact these youth. This song is to help fight against the bad energy of those people. This track is for those who are determined, and so far the response has been positive. It's been getting airplay, social media highlights, and it's picking up traction in the street. The whole crowd a seh mi find it again."

With the single continuing to create its own tide, Vershon disclosed that he will be releasing tracks with dancehall staples such as Cashflow Records, Birchill Records, Damage Musiq, while his team finalises stops on his European tour. "There is a lot of new music to be released, and the foundation people responsible for all of my earlier hits are on board. So fans can look out for more relatable music and music for the ladies. We also have a tour putting in place, and my supporters can look out for additional details in coming weeks," he said.

The artiste is still reaping success with singles such as In Return and Cool It, the latter surpassing one million Vevo streams.
