Emerging producer-disc jockey DJ Teddy is enthused about his rhythm compilation project, Once Again, which is generating excitement with buzz-worthy songs by established and emerging reggae stars.

"The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. DJs locally and internationally are saying that the rhythm is a true representation of lovers' rock reggae, with Ginjah, George Nooks and Bescenta added to their playlist," said DJ Teddy, whose given name is Tedroy Gordon. Ginjah leads the project with the title track, Once Again, a reggae love song with R&B stylings. Bescenta's impressive Signs of the Times speaks to the culture of political and financial corruption that relegates a segment of the Jamaican population to the abject poverty that often triggers gang violence.

Singer George Nooks shows up on the project with the romantic Last Day, with his ardent but fantastical promises of "I am gonna love you for life" that women like to hear.

"No video has been released as yet; however, I am considered doing a video medley for the project by the year ends," DJ Teddy said. He began his career in 2003 as a host and MC. His journey into broadcasting gained momentum when he started working as a backup co-host for the RJR Cross Country Invasion Road Show. He was an MC on the road show in 2005, a role he held with distinction until 2017. He later transitioned to hosting radio shows. In recent years, DJ Teddy has expanded his career into music production. He regards Once Again an impressive debut.

"Already, I am getting a positive feedback that it is creating an impact here and overseas. Carl Melody's song, titled Broken Heart, is getting a lot of airplay in the United Kingdom and Africa, while Roslyn Reid's Paid the Price is getting heavy rotation in Trinidad and Tobago, while Ginjah and George Nooks and Karl Morrison are streaming well globally. I am really pleased," DJ Teddy said.
