Neck grab lands man in court

A man accused of grabbing a woman by her neck was hauled before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court recently to answer to charges.

Charged with assault occasioning grievous bodily harm is Nathaniel Bundy.

He pleaded not guilty to the offence.

The court was told that on November 19, the accused man grabbed the complainant by her neck and caused bruises to her neck.

The court was further told that the medical report in the matter was outstanding. As a result of this, Bundy was told to return to court on January 28, 2016.

A fingerprint order was also made against him.
