Rifle seized in East Kingston

Lawmen in the Kingston East Division seized a Ruger mini 14 rifle during an operation on Hilldene Avenue in Mountain View, Kingston 2, yesterday.

Reports are that about 3:33 p.m., an open lot was searched and the weapon was found with an empty magazine. No one was arrested in connection with the find.

Investigations continue.
