Six in custody for New Year's murder, robberies
Six men are now in police custody in relation to the slaying of a teen and a series of robberies in St Andrew on New Year's Day, according to the police.
They are implicated in the robbery and murder of Chadrick Spaulding, 18, a photographer of Ken Hill Drive, Kingston 20.
"It's very likely that those persons will be charged. Somebody was able to point out the attackers, and they were arrested the same night [Sunday]," Superintendent Stephanie Lindsey, head of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) Corporate Communications Unit, told THE STAR.
