Church leader Jahmar Watson, who is more commonly known as the 'Sniper Prophet', said that if he is not allowed on the grounds of Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries in St James, the nation will be plagued by human sacrifices.

"Give me the chance to go to Montego Bay at that same site because there are things down there that need to be destroyed and dig up and revealed. All I want is just the chance which I have been asking from last year to do what God wants me to do to curtail all of this madness. If I get the chance to do God's work then all of these sacrifices will stop," he said.

Pathways, which was led by late pastor Kevin Smith, gained international notoriety last year after a bloody ordeal on October 17 ended with three persons dead, two of whom allegedly sacrificed during a ritual. Smith later died in a motor vehicle crash as he was being transported to Kingston to be formally charged with various offences.

Watson said that he was shunned last December by persons when he tried to visit the grounds.

"I made the attempt already and the entire Jamaica, 99.9 per cent of Jamaicans are the ones that prevented me from going there. They called me a cult and said I wanted to take over the church and all of that. That was one of the things that prevented me from going there," he said. "I don't know if there is a landlord there [the building in which Pathways was located] but when I went down there, I saw three members and I have performed deliverance on one of them."

Watson, who operates Ark of the Covenant Prophetic Ministries, said many of the prophesies that he received from the Almighty have been fulfilled. He said that the Lord spoke to him on July 20 to inform him that there were going to be 20 sacrifices islandwide.

"Three of them have already happened so there is 17 more to go. I have sent out messages, urged the PM and the churches to come together and the messages remain the same. Jamaica is in problem and it got worse from the whole Kevin Smith saga," he said.

The clergyman also said that heads of churches need to repent and government officials need to acknowledge that there is a supreme God.

"The churches in Jamaica at this time have separated, there is no unity. There are people in positions and it's all for monetary gain. Many of them in the church are also doing sacrifices just like Kevin Smith so before anything can take place, the heads of the church, especially the umbrella group of churches, all need to repent. Lock all these buildings and go on the street sides right across the nation and host revival services. Keep prayer meeting services in every crevice and corner across the island and such things will be better," he said.
