Yoga gives men sexual stamina

Yoga helps men last longer in the bedroom.

A new scientific review has concluded that doing the downward dog can tackle premature ejaculation and enables men to triple their staying power when they are making love. Exercise has a positive effect on mental health and makes men less anxious about sex, allowing them to go on for longer.

The Anglia Ruskin University review analysed men who suffer from premature ejaculation and concluded that physical activity is a key strategy to help men improve performance between the sheets. Lee Smith, professor of public health at the university, said: "Strategies for men to help them last longer in the bedroom could help improve their relationship with their partner and their self-esteem.

"This evidence is based on studies involving a small number of men, and we need more research in this area, but approaches like physical activity could help all men."

He added: "This is not just for men diagnosed with premature ejaculation. Most men may not have performed as well as they wanted to at some point, and could benefit from lifestyle changes and techniques to help last longer."

Scientists think life already exists on Mars

A small group of scientists believe that life has already been found on Mars.

The experts think that they have spotted fossilised sponges, fungi, shrimp, crabs, sea spiders, scorpions and even a translucent millipede on the surface of the Red Planet.

The group of researchers have published papers in journals that set out their reasoning for believing that proof of life is already on the planet. But the controversial issue is unlikely to be settled until humans set foot on Mars.

Dr Rudolph Schild of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics said on behalf of the academics: "We have photos of fungi growing out of the ground, increasing in size, increasing in number, as based on sequential images.

"Imagine, if you saw some of these specimens in your backyard, or growing in your bathtub, wouldn't you spend a lot of time investigating, calling in experts, taking photos from every angle, trying to nudge it and see what happens?

"Definitive proof would tell us we are not alone. We could assume that life has evolved on innumerable Earth-like planets."
