Man who was chopped to death identified

The police have identified the man whose body was found along a section of the Jimmy Cliff Boulevard in Montego Bay, St James with multiple chop wounds. 

He is 22-year-old Rushane Bulgin, unemployed of Williamsfield community in St James.

Reports by the Barnett Street police are that about 6:30 a.m., the police were on patrol along a section of Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, when they stumbled upon Bulgin's body.

He was lying in a pool of blood with what appeared to be multiple chop wounds. He is also believed to be of an unsound mind.
