Police find firearm, ammunition hidden in roof

The Hunts Bay Police have confirmed that a firearm and several rounds of ammunition were seized during a targeted raid in Kingston 13 on Monday.

According to police reports, about 7:30 a.m. during a search at Metcalfe Road, a Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol along with two magazines containing seventeen rounds of ammunition were found in a roof.

No one was arrested in connection to the find.
