Teen robs 13-y-o of cell phone

A 16-year-old was arrested and charged after he robbed a 13-year-old student along Hanover Street, Kingston, on Wednesday.

Reports are that the juvenile approached the 13-year-old and demanded his cellular phone. When his demand was not met, the juvenile and other students mobbed the 13-year-old hitting him all over his body. They then took his Samsung Galaxy A13 cell phone.

The juvenile was subsequently pointed out to the police and he was arrested and charged. His court date is being finalised.
