St James men shot outside gaming outlet

A shooting outside a supreme ventures gaming outlet  in Bogue, St James, has left two men dead, and two others injured. 

The deceased have been identified as 30-year-old Jermaine Miller, a businessman of Bogue Village, and another man known only as 'Tall man'.

According to police reports, about 9:45 p.m., both men were among a group of persons purchasing cash pot at the outlet, when they were pounced upon by armed men.

The men opened fire hitting Miller, the man known as Tall man, and two other men.

They were transported to Cornwall Regional Hospital where Miller and Tallman were pronounced dead, and the other two men treated and released.

The parish of St James, which has been under a State of Public Emergency since Monday morning, has recorded four separate double murders over the past 12 days.
