One dead, two injured in bizarre Mona incident

A series of bizarre incidents in Mona, St Andrew has left one man dead, believed to be by suicide, and two persons injured. 

It is reported that earlier today, a woman and the now deceased man were travelling in a red Honda CRV motor vehicle, when she jumped from the moving car.

It is further reported that an off duty policeman saw the incident and stopped to assist.

While assisting, it is alleged that the driver of the CRV reversed the vehicle mowing down the policeman.

The driver left the scene and drove further into the community. He was later found hanging from a rope at a premises.

The injured persons were brought to the hospital for treatment. It is understood that the policeman is unresponsive. 

The police are now at the scene; investigations are under way.
