St Mary vendor chopped to death

Patrick Samuels, a vendor from Annotto Bay in St Mary, was chopped to death at his home in PNP Lane on Wednesday. 

His death is the latest in a string of murders which has forced the police to keep a close watch on the town following three deaths in the last week.

It is reported that residents heard screams coming from the direction of Samuel's one-bedroom house and alerted them. He was found later found on the ground with multiple chop wounds.

He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
