The police have confirmed that a second man has been charged in the murder of the vice principal of GC Foster College, Gibbs Williams.

He has been identified as 40-year-old Odane Watson otherwise called ‘Shortman’ of Duff Street, Kingston 13.

The police were alerted, and he was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Watson was arrested following investigations, and he was charged after an interview in the presence of his attorney on Tuesday, October 17. His court date is being finalised.

His other accomplices are currently being sought by the police.
