Elderly woman killed, two hospitalised in collision in downtown Kingston

An elderly woman is dead and two other persons hospitalised following a vehicular collision at the intersection of East and Charles streets in downtown Kingston on Friday morning.

The incident involved a Honda Fit and a Toyota Probox taxi. 

It's reported that one of the vehicles hit the woman.

The area was closed off while police personnel processed the scene.
