Man shot several times in his home in Spanish Town

The St Catherine North police have launched a manhunt for the assailant who shot a 22-year-old man several times in his home at Shelter Rock, Spanish Town yesterday.

The incident is reported to have happened about 12:30 p.m.

Police say the man was assisted to the Spanish Town Hospital for treatment to his neck, shoulder and leg. He is in serious condition.

No motive has been established in the matter.
