Male arrested after gun find

One firearm and several rounds of ammunition were seized by the police in Trinity district, Manchester, on Wednesday.

Reports from the Porus police are that at 12:30 p.m., lawmen conducted a targeted raid where they found one Taurus 9mm Pistol, with a magazine affixed containing 10 9mm cartridges. One man was taken into custody; however, his identity is being withheld pending further investigation.

The investigation continues.
