CHAMPION trainer Wayne DaCosta has described next Monday?s $2.95m Cash Pot ?Only One For Me? six-furlong sprint as ?an interesting race? to get the Supreme Ventures Limited Two-Year-Old Series under way.

DaCosta was guarded yesterday as he discussed the chances of his quartet, headed by DREAMLINER, a winner of two races, who was stunned by stablemate VISION when going for a hat-trick in the 1100-metre Keeling Memorial on September 26.

?These are two-year-olds. It?s an unpredictable race with speed and come-from-behind horses in the mix,? he pointed out, naming Richard Azan?s ZUGULU as a danger to his four.

?If ZUGULU improves, he looks like a class horse, everybody might be running for second,? he added.

DREAMLINER will run with 56.0 kilos, topweight among 14 entries announced by Caymanas Track Limited Saturday afternoon. VISION will carry 54.0, so too FUTURE KING.

DaCosta?s other entry, A THOUSAND STARS, is a maiden and will carry 50.0 kilos.

The champion trainer believes DREAMLINER, if allowed to run his race, has a great chance. Should he be pressed into a duel on the lead, especially against Richard Azan?s FEDORA, his run-on stablemates, VISION and FUTURE KING, could capitalise.

?You will have faster horses in the race, like BUBBLING KITTEN, so there will be a lot of speed in there? DaCosta pointed out, referring to one of two Philip Feanny entries.

VISION had surprised DREAMLINER and FEDORA at 1100 metres, storming from off the pace, a scenario, DaCosta said, which could again be the case with a half furlong longer to run.

?If you look at how VISION ran before winning that race, he ran decent, finishing best of all, so it wasn?t unbelievable how he performed,? he explained.

The pace, it seems, will again be hot as DaCosta has no intentions of changing DREAMLINER?s tactics.

?DREAMLINER runs one way, he goes to the lead. If FEDORA comes and goes to the lead, we?ll see what happens.

?FUTURE KING will be coming from off it again. Whether he has the class of BUBBLING KITTEN and ZUGULU, we?ll see. ZUGULU, is definitely a class horse in the making,? he said.

A $1m bonus awaits any horse which had passed through the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association?s Yearling Sale and manages to sweep the series.
