Andrew Peart, coach of reigning ISSA/Digicel Manning Cup champions Jamaica College (JC) said his team is fully focused and ready to put on a good showing against St Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) in today's final of the ISSA/Champions Cup knockout competition.

The Dark Blues, secure their place in the semi-final after a hard-fought 2-1 win over Holy Trinity High School. Peart said his team is high on confidence but they are expecting a tougher game against STETHS.

"They are a quality team with a quality coach and they are a well-conditioned team. They are very attacking as well, so we will be mindful of all that when we play them (today)," said Peart.

"There is no pressure because the expectation is just that we want to perform well and we want to win. We are not pressured to win a competition that we haven't won in some time, but our boys are just competitive and they want to win," he said.

JC will be depending heavily on the likes of Norman Campbell, Shaniel Thomas, Calwayne Allen, and captain Nathan Hunter to lead their charge to victory.
