A stoppage-time goal from Vishinul Harris secured all three points for Arnett Gardens who came away with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Humble Lion at Effortville in their Red Stripe Premier League encounter on Sunday.

The vital win now sees Arnett Gardens occupying the lone third-place spot with 33 points from twenty games, three points ahead of fourth-placed Humble Lion, who were suffering their fourth home loss of the season.

It was the visitors who came out firing on all cylinders and they wasted little time in taking the lead in the sixth minute when Kemal Malcolm rifled a shot from twenty-four yards past the bewildered Dennis Taylor in the Humble Lion goal.

Things would get worst for the Clarendon based team as defender Gregory Lewis was shown a straight red card by referee Oshane Nation for a vicious foul on Shamar Pryce in the 35th minute.

Second yellow card

Arnett Gardens would also go down to ten men in the fifty-fifth minute as Michael Webb received a second yellow card from Nation who wasn't done issuing cards for the night.

Humble Lion would, however, claw their way back late into the game as they were awarded a penalty after an Arnett Gardens defender handled the ball inside the area.

Levaughn Williams would convert the resulting spot-kick which sent the home fans into rapture as the rains came down.

With six minutes to go in the contest, Humble Lion thought they would walk away with all three points when referee Nation awarding the home side another penalty when Shamar Dallas was brought down inside the area.

But it wasn't second time lucky for Williams, who saw his penalty well saved by Damion Hyatt to keep the score at 1-1.

After Humble Lion's Linval Lewis received his marching orders for a second bookable offence in the 90th, Vishinul Harris then stepped up in time added to get the winner, as his deflected shot flew past Taylor to give the 'Junglist' all three points and the crucial away victory.
