Commonwealth champions Kimberly Williams and Danniel Thomas-Dodd headline a baker's dozen of Jamaicans set to compete at the USA Track and Field Grand Prix section of the Oregon Relays tomorrow. The group includes 2021 NCAA 60-metre winner Kemba Nelson, who attends the University of Oregon, the host of the meet.

Williams, the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth triple jump champion, will face a field that includes US record holder Tori Franklin, and arrives at the Eugene, Oregon venue with a wind-aided 14.54 metre seasonal best to her credit.

Thomas-Dodd, the 2018 Commonwealth shot put winner and 2019 World Championship runner-up, boomed out to 19.17 metres on April 10 in Miramar, Florida. Stout American competition awaits her in the form of World Championship seventh placed Chase Ealey, 2016 Olympic champion Michelle Carter, and her old college rival Maggie Ewen.

Nelson, 2016 Olympic finalist Christania Williams and double 2018 World Under-20 champion Briana Williams will line up in a potentially fast women's 100 metres. It features three sprinters from the 2012 Olympic final - Allyson Felix, Tianna Bartoletta and Blessing Okagbare - and reigning US national champion Teahna Daniels.

After setting a big personal best of 11.18 seconds in Arizona, Nelson is looking forward to a chance to run in the renovated Hayward Field stadium in Oregon, which will host this year's NCAA Outdoor Championships in June. Speaking before the entries for this Saturday's meet were known, she said, ''I hope I get to compete there before the actual championship though, but I'm not sure. I really look forward to competing there.''

Tyquendo Tracey, the 2018 Athletics World Cup victor, goes with compatriots Andre Ewers and Jermaine Brown in the 100, while 2015 World Under-18 400-metre gold medallist Christopher Taylor and Seno-J Givans will tackle the 200m.

That 100m also contains Ronnie Baker who has already clocked 9.94 seconds this season, Noah Lyles, the 200-metre World champion, and 2015 World bronze medallist Trayvon Bromell.

Olympian Clive Pullen is listed in the men's triple jump, where 2012 and 2016 Olympic champion Christian Taylor of the US is the big name.

Brittany Anderson and Rushelle Burton, the 2018 and 2016 World Under-20 silver medal winners, respectively, will compete in the 100-metre hurdles against Nigeria's Commonwealth queen Tobi Amusan, Jasmine Camacho-Quinn of Puerto Rico, who has run 12.32 seconds this year, and US 400-metre hurdles star Sydney McLaughlin.

Michael Norman, holder of a 43.45 seconds lifetime best from 2019, is in the men's 400 metres. In the women's 400 metres, Shaunae Miller-Uibo, the Bahamian Olympic winner will seek to outrun 2017 World Champion Phyllis Francis, and 2019 World Championship fourth place finisher Wadeline Jonathas.
