#CHAMPS2024 | JC’s Nooks takes Class Three boys' middle distance double

Jamaica College's Cavel Nooks narrowly missed the Class Three boys' 800 metres record but equalled his personal best in winning the gold medal in 1:58.25 minutes at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championship at the National Stadium today.

Teammate Camron Williams took silver in 2:02.53 minutes, while Sydney Pagon High's Luke Plummer in 2:02.86 took the bronze medal.

Nooks, before today, had won the Class Three boys' 1,500 metres at the event.
