#2024JAI | Smikle tops men’s discus

Jamaica's Traves Smikle continued his fine form this season as he won the men's discus at the Jamaica Athletics Invitational (JAI) at the National Stadium tonight.

Smikle threw a JAI's best of 66.89 metres as compatriot Fedrick Dacres finished second in 65.94. United States of America's Brian Williams rounded off the top three spots as he threw a best effort of 63.76 metres.
