Cash-in on bankers in Reggae 6

START Saturday's Reggae 6 with a hat-trick of bankers, WATERMAN JOHN, UNCLE HARRY and SUPERNATURAL POWER, a solid platform from which to spread bets in the fifth event, which might spring a PRINCESS RIA and a decent dividend ahead of Ash Wednesday's mandatory payout.

PRINCESS RIA, selected among seven runners in last Friday's preview warning to, "Throw the kitchen sink at the fourth event, older non-winners of three races, at five furlongs round," scored a 54-1 upset on Sunday's Reggae 6 for a payout of $369,681.

WATERMAN JOHN returns with Robert Halledeen after being caught at the wire by CHARMING SOUND with Dane Dawkins at six and a half furlongs. The extra half-furlong should be no issue for WATERMAN JOHN in the Reggae 6 opener.

UNCLE HARRY, out for the second time after a disastrous debut as a 4-5 favourite, should get it right this time around. Wet behind the ear and drawn at post-position one, the Bern Identity-Long Running Train colt darted towards the dummy rail, which separates the clubhouse turn from the mile chute, effectively ending his race.

SUPERNATURAL POWER is everybody's banker in the third at five furlongs straight after clocking 1:11.2 for six furlongs on debut.

Do not try separating SIR JOHN and GREEN GOLD RUSH in the fourth. Halledeen's whip fell three furlongs out aboard SIR JOHN when caught by slow-starting GREEN GOLD RUSH on last.

Throw everything at the fifth event for $200,000 claimers at three and a half furlongs straight before napping IRISH WISH to go all the way in the sixth at four furlongs straight.
