Man wants back coffee money after date

A man has demanded his Tinder date pay him back for coffee after she refused a second date.

Laura Crouch from London enjoyed a beverage with the mystery man at Costa Coffee in the UK capital, where he paid for both of their drinks.

However, she revealed on her blog, 'No Bad Dates Just Good Stories', that after she refused an offer to go back to his house for dinner and turned down a second date, he asked for the PS3.50 that he paid for her coffee back.

He messaged her to say: "Hey, it was good to see you tonight. Fancy meeting up again?" but Laura replied: "Sorry for the delay! Was lovely to meet you but not sure that we had that chemistry. Hope you had a good evening. Take care x."

He persevered by writing back: "How about I cook dinner for you tomorrow and we'll see what happens? If we don't click, we can leave it. We communicate naturally. It's a good start. Let's give us a chance." but when Laura once again refused, he got petulant.

He wrote: "Can you pay me back for your coffee? I don't like wasting money. Prefer to use it on a date with someone else."
