Boyfriend of missing woman in custody

The boyfriend of missing Kingston 11 woman, Phillisha Christie, has been taken into custody for questioning in relation to her January 21 disappearance.

Superintendent Arthur Brown who heads the St Andrew South Police, told THE STAR that the boyfriend, along with a female, were taken into custody on Friday, however the female has since been released.

He added that they are still yet to ascertain the authenticity of a chilling voice note which has been circulating, which persons claiming to be the voice of Christie begging for her life.
