Gun found along Waltham Park Road

The St Andrew South police have recovered a firearm with a magazine along Waltham Park Road, Kingston during an operation on Monday.

About 5:30 p.m., lawmen conducted an operation in the area, where a property was searched and a firearm along with a magazine was found in the yard, according to reports from the Hunts Bay police.

No arrest was made in connection with the find.

The police say investigations are ongoing.
