Dancehall artiste Raine Seville has been creating a buzz with her latest single, 'Robbery'.

The track sees the artiste bragging about successfully 'robbing' men in the music industry. She calls out a number of male entertainers as she boasts about the things she has stolen from them.

Speaking with THE WEEKEND STAR, the entertainer said the inspiration came from a desire to go as hard as her male counterparts featured on the song's rhythm.

"The energy of the rhythm (Get Di Strap) inspired the angle of the song. I knew as the only female on the rhythm I had to come up with something that would be able to keep up with or even outdo the male artistes on the rhythm," she said. "By the looks of it, I accomplished just that. My song is the most reviewed/talked about on the juggling."

Seville said that although she is aware the song could bruise a few egos, she was not worried because she was just doing her job.

"It's entertainment. None a dem cyaa seh Raine did rob dem fi real. A just work mi a work," she said.

The entertainer said the song has received relatively good feedback.

"Well you have some people up inna dem feelings bout it; yuh woulda swear seh a dem mi did a 'rob'," she laughed. "But for the most part the review has been great cause these are the types of things most people love to hear in entertainment."

"Bad tune like dat afi get video. It's gonna be a movie. Yuh neva know, you might see one or few a di artistes dem in it," she laughed. "This won't be just a video, short film settings mi a guh wid it!"
