Ace discjock Boom Boom was all smiles after hosting a successful birthday celebrations at Uptown Mondayz headquarters located at Savannah Plaza, Half-Way Tree, recently.

"I was very elated to see the support from my fellow co-workers in the dancehall fraternity," he said. "Yuh done know everybody couldn't make it but I was still overwhelmed by the support."

Selector colleagues, including the Stone Love duo of Randy Rich and Gugu Menthol, as well as Foota Hype, were present to give him a 'strength'.

The entertainment fraternity was also out in full force, with artistes such as Bounty Killer, his protEgEs K-Queens and Iyara, plus others like Jahmiel, Gyptain and Shane O dropping in.

For 2019, Boom Boom hopes to expand his network.

"Just try to make my career bigger and better, also taking the music to another level by continuing to introduce new artistes and new songs to the (dancehall) business and helping the business to grow," he said.
