With just a little over a year's experience on the production side of the music business, Sabreinna 'Brii' Williams, artiste manager and fiancee of dancehall entertainer Silk Boss, is ready to make waves and become the next big thing in music.

Speaking to THE STAR, she revealed that initially, she never had any plans of being a music producer. But since her label, Ice Queen Records, made its debut as a co-producer on the track Surgery by Silk Boss, she has doubled down on learning as much as possible as she works on perfecting the craft.

"When my baby daddy came to me about it and said we can start our production label I was like, 'I don't know anything about that production thing', and I didn't think I was going to make it out into that field. He said he could teach me, and we have people around who can teach me, for example, Kyle Butler and some others. Since I have been going around them, I have learnt a lot of things, until I produced my first song," she shared.

Since then, she has also worked as a co-producer on several of Silk Boss' tunes, such as Pirate, Drama, and recently Where Silk Gone. She is the sole producer of the track Sorry, which currently has more than nine million views on YouTube. According to Brii, she knew the song would have been an instant hit. She admits that the journey has not been easy, but she is thankful for how far she has come and is happy she is able to pursue music, while also being a new mother.

"I can balance. My baby girl's belly just needs to be full and she will be alright. She is not the fussy type. Then I have the support of my family, and Silk's family as well. So, I just leave her with her grandma, and I get some time to do the things I need to do, and I am grateful for that," she explained.

Brii said she spends her days doing more research and liaising with other producers to ensure her growth. She added that she is currently working on projects with other artistes, but her fans will have to wait.
