Members of dancehall artiste Valiant's team are clarifying that Romeich Entertainment is the official booking agent of the artiste, and is not the artiste's manager.

In an Instagram post on Monday, entertainment bigwig Romeich Major posted a flyer containing booking information for the highly sought-after act. However, several parties have interpreted it to mean that he has taken over as management for the artiste.

"Valiant is not signed to Romeich but in order to book the artiste, people should follow the information that was provided," a member of Valiant's team said. Valiant is a member of One Diplomats.

Romeich Entertainment currently manages artistes and entertainers such as Shenseea, Ding Dong, Dancing Rebel, Dd Shukkle Bus, and Bishop Escobar.

Valiant is currently one of the most popular and talked about artistes, having launched out onto the music scene in late 2022 and wooing audiences with his melodic flow and charismatic personality. From a viral TikTok to always having the trendiest tunes, he has been proving that his success is not arbitrary, but due to patience and consistent work.

The deejay, whose given name is Raheem Bowes, previously told THE STAR that he had been singing from as early as age five and he is not new to the music business. Valiant was a member of the Unruly Camp before taking off on his own. Songs such as Dunce Cheque, Cut All Losses, and North Carolina have helped to popularise the artiste. He followed up with hits such as Speed Off, which was produced by Romeich Entertainment, and Narcissistic featuring Stalk Ashley has helped to continue his momentum.

Most recently, the track Rasta was the source of controversy. Reggae Grammy winner Kabaka Pyramid took to Twitter to discuss the reverence of the track as it relates to Rastafarianism in Jamaica.

Last December, Valiant was featured on the return of the long-anticipated stage show Sting, however, he was unable to perform a full set on stage. He took to the parking lot to treat fans with a performance and meet and greet moment, which won the hearts of patrons and increased his likeability.
