Gospel artistes unite on ‘Fruits After the Fight’
Gospel artistes Minister Taneisha Shaw and Rian Davis have pooled their creative efforts to release the inspirational song, ' Fruits After the Fight'.
With the intention to encourage and empower listeners, Minster Shaw is using her platform to reach as many ears as possible.
"The song is about life challenges and how it creates a path for the blessings; I believe that challenges cultivate champions. I also believe that we should not be daunted by our struggles but instead hold steadfast and believe that God will carry us through," she said.
Davis added, "I just want to let somebody know that after the fight, comes the fruits. So for those who are fighting the good fight, use this as your motivation ... soon you will be counting your fruits!" Minister Shaw said she heard Davis singing at church and knew that they would work together.
"It was a seamless connection. My hope for this song is that it will reach everyone, and that people will understand and be encouraged that God can do anything. No matter the depth of the situation, God is more than able," said Minister Shaw.
Adding to her catalogue, with the past release alongside dancehall artiste Pamputtae titled God and Time, Minister Shaw is continuing to balance her ministry with her music, spreading the gospel to the world.
"My ministry has been a blessing ever since and the music has been so influential because it has garnered an audience that would be a little difficult to reach in some sense. But music has created a platform for me to reach out to various people, just based on how I express myself. I have a whole lot more on the horizon, so look out for more uplifting content like this," she added.
"Music has always been a passion of mine and I am hoping to change lives in a positive way and bring listeners closer to God through my music," added Davis.
