Veteran dancehall artiste Bounty Killer is enjoying being back in England and connecting in person with his fans following a 15-year hiatus.

"The last time I was in England was in 2008 ... and it was a show with Ninja Man," Bounty Killer told THE STAR.

"It feels good to be here, even though it raining in London ... but that's just the English weather," he added in a convincing British accent.

The deejay, who made headlines when he got back his UK visa, is currently on a promotional tour following the recent release of the Dave Kelly-produced EP, Time Bomb, which features fellow dancehall giant Cham. The two entertainers hit the ground running with an itinerary with them doing several interviews per day as they set to drive sales and streams for their seven-track project.

"This time we are not doing any shows, it is a media blitz ... but the itinerary is crazy!" Bounty Killer declared, adding that he was enjoying every minute of it. He stressed that it was important to meet face-to-face with the persons who have been supporting him, especially for the last 15 years when circumstances over which he had no control kept him out of the country.

Bounty Killer and Cham have been seen having a good time exploring London and spitting lyrics in a freestyle session on BBC1xtra with international club DJ and host Seani B. They are also scheduled to have an interactive session with the DJ.

Bounty Killer, who also goes by the nickname 'Grung Gadzilla', was seen in a video on his Instagram page, strolling with his suitcase across London while conducting interviews with various radio stations in promotion of his album.

"This is our treasure, our music, our goldmine, [as how] Africa would have their diamond mine, Jamaica diamond mine is music; so everybody should tend to it like it's something for our future kids and our future," Bounty Killer said during his interview with ChoiceFM UK.

Cham, who has been a loyal member of Bounty Killer's Alliance, opined that artistes should maintain the genuine sound of dancehall and reggae music.

"We have to keep the authenticity [and] the identity. We have to keep the essence that makes dancehall and reggae what it is, what it stood for, the most powerful music in the world, those are the essence that stands out for us," Cham explained.

Time Bomb is currently in the top five on the US iTunes chart. Bounty Killer shared that he is also "excited" to perform at a long-awaited concert in Guyana on November 4.
