R&B icon Joe is officially in Jamaica as one of the headline acts for this weekend's Love Jamaica Food and Music Festival.

In a video shared by konnectmediainc the artiste shared about his connection with Jamaica.

The Stutter singer says even though he frequents the island for vacation, he is "exited" to perform here once again.

"I come all the time just on vacation, but doing a show it's been a minute. So I am exited to be here, just to do a performance," Joe said.

Joe also got a little personal and answered the question many women want to know: What turns him on?

And the answer is - music.

The Love Scene singer said, "The love for music...the fascination of being involved in a relationship with someone you care about, those are the songs I've been writing for years. That's the magic I think in what I do."

When asked what his favourite Jamaican foods are, he listed escovitch fish, oxtail and curried and jerked foods.

Joe performs tomorrow at the inaugural Love Jamaica Music and Food Festival at The Lawns at UWI in St Andrew. The legendary Manhattans featuring Gerald Alston, Jamaica’s renowned vocal group L.U.S.T. and reggae maestro, Sanchez, are also set to perform.
