Recording artiste Lzdy Juizy wants to raise awareness and support with a song titled Autism.

The self-produced track, which was originally released in 2017, outlines her personal experience with her son, who has autism. She has since re-released the song this year, hoping to garner more support, not only for her case, but for others living with disabilities.

"I wrote this song because I wanted to raise awareness about autism and also implore the Government to do more for children with autism, as well as special needs children overall," the artiste explained. As a close-hitting song, Lzdy Juizy described it as very emotional, as she recalled difficulties she has faced dealing with reactions to her son.

"There is this stigma that is associated with special needs children. People tend to treat them a different way, but we should show them more love," she said. Even though the song wasn't received as well as she expected, she is still very happy that many people showed her love and the message was heard.

"Every time I sing this song, I cry. I'm hoping that others will hear it and have more compassion for not just children with special needs, but their parents as well," the artiste stated.

As a dancehall and reggae-rap artiste, Lzdy Juizy is aiming to make a name for herself in the music industry globally. Her growth is shown on social media with singles such as I Love Money gaining traction and receiving more than 400,000 views online. She said that in 2025, she will continue working on new projects.

"My goal at this time is to produce more music, do videos and get my message to the world," the artiste revealed.
