Alliance Financial no longer authorised to collect bill payments - NWC

The National Water Commission (NWC) wishes to advise the public that Alliance Financial Services Limited is no longer authorised to collect bill payments on behalf of the Commission.

In a press release to its customers, the NWC indicated the contract between the NWC and the financial entity was automatically cancelled after the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) suspended the licence of Alliance Financial Services for Breaches of the Bank of Jamaica Act and the Proceed of Crime Act.

Customers are, encouraged to make bill payments through NWC’s Ipay Portal, as well as other legitimate avenues that are listed on the NWC's website. 

The NWC extends apologies for any inconvenience caused.
